What is the EZ Bar Tray made
of?
We use only high quality materials to fabricate our
trays. EZ Bar Trays are made of extruded polyethelene plastic, which is an
NFC approved material.
Lightweight - approx 3.25 lbs each.
Virtually Non-breakable (under normal use). Stain-resistant and Dishwasher safe.
Actual size of a tray is 13 x 17 inch surface area.
Color is black.
What is a bar rail?
On the front of the bar (customer side) is a trim (large molding) on the bar's counter top. They generally range from
3" to 7" wide and 1-1/4" to 1-1/2" high.

I have an arm rest installed with my bar rail, how does that effect my measurements?
Please make a detailed drawing(s) of your bar and/or
include a photo(s). Make sure you include all applicable measurements: length, width, radii of
curves, etc. We will get back to you immediately
with either a conformation or additional information
that may be required to complete your order.
How long will it take to receive my custom
order?
After your order has been received and payment is
confirmed, your custom order can take anywhere from 4-6 weeks to
receive within the USA. This may be expedited depending on the
measurements received.
I sent a prepayment with my
order, where is my shipment?
We need to confirm shipping & handling costs, tax if
in NJ, and process your payment. Credit/debit
cards must be verified and may wait pending
confirmations up to 48 hrs. Business checks take
up to two (2) weeks to confirm. You will receive a
confirmation by email or telephone when your order has
been fulfilled and is being shipped.

Warranty
Customers are responsible for checking their order when it arrives to make sure that all items are present. Any order discrepancies must be communicated to us within 7 days. EZ Bar Tray LLC is not responsible for missing items reported after 7 days.
EZ Bar Tray LLC stands behind the quality of our product and we try our best to make things right if you are not satisfied with your purchase.
You may return any EZ Bar Tray either by mail or in person (NJ residents) within 21 days of the ship date. Items must be unused and in original condition including the original packaging and order documentation. Pending inspection, a refund or credit will be issued to you for the value of the item including taxes, less applicable restocking fees (since they are custom-made). Shipping fees are non-refundable.
You may cancel your order, for any reason, and receive a full refund provided that your order has NOT been shipped. If the merchandise has already been shipped, please see our return policy stated above. To cancel an order, please contact us immediately.
